To start placing an order with Janio for your shipping needs, do ensure that you have an account with Janio. If you're unsure, please approach your salesperson or write in to our team at help@janio.asia.
An order can be placed by:
- Accessing our Merchant Portal. You may refer to the user guide to understand more on placing an order for shipping.
- Via API with your preferred platforms. Janio is integrated with Shopify, Magento and WooCommerce.
