You may cancel your order ONLY when the shipment is under "Pending Pickup" in your Merchant Portal.
Step 1: Once the order is created and in the “Pending Pickup” state, go to the “Pending Pickup” tab and click on the ellipsis next to the shipment you want to cancel.
Step 2: Once clicked, select the “Cancel Order” option.
Step 3: A popup message will appear to seek your confirmation on cancelling the order. Click on the “OK” button to cancel.
Step 4: The order is cancelled successfully. If the order is already picked up or the cut-off time is exceeded then the user will not be able to cancel the order.
